Most small businesses I meet are not short of evidence. The work is done, the photos exist, the prices are known, the customers are happy. It is just scattered across a phone, a Facebook page and three years of videos — everywhere except the one place someone deciding whether to hire you would look.

A small site should do a few things properly rather than many things badly. This is the list.
One-page sites
Everything a customer needs to decide, on a single page that loads fast on a phone. No menus to explore, no pages nobody reads.
Indexes of work you have already done
If you have hundreds of past jobs, photos or prices sitting somewhere unusable, that is an asset. I make it searchable, so a customer finds their own case in seconds instead of scrolling.
Enquiry forms that arrive complete
A form that collects what you actually need up front, so the first message already tells you the size, the scope and the timing — instead of twenty messages extracting it.
Sites in more than one language
Traditional Chinese, Simplified and English written separately rather than run through a translator, so each version reads like it was meant for the person in front of it.
Built for a phone first
Almost everyone opens your site on a phone, on mobile data, standing somewhere. That is the version designed first; the desktop one follows from it.
Working from what you already have
Photos in a camera roll, prices in old messages, jobs nobody wrote up. The raw material usually exists already — finding it is part of the job.

A price agreed before I start
One number, agreed up front, for an agreed scope. If the scope changes we agree a new number before any work happens.
The domain is yours
You buy it, in your name, on your card. Roughly HKD 100–300 a year. It is the one thing you should never let a web person hold for you.
Every file handed over
When the job is done you get everything. If you want someone else to change it next year, they can. Nothing is locked to me.

The first clients are here because this is where I am, and where I can meet you in a room if that helps. That is a fact about me, not a limit on the work.
A website does not care where it was built. If you are somewhere else and the fit is right, the only thing that really changes is which hours we overlap.

What does it cost?
One number, agreed before I start, for an agreed scope. There is no rate card here because the scope genuinely varies — a single page from content you already have is not the same job as an index of three hundred past projects. Ask and I will quote.
How long does it take?
A one-page site is usually a weekend to a fortnight, and the variable is almost never me. It is how long it takes to get the photos, the prices and the copy out of your phone.
I don’t have photos or written content.
That is the normal case, and usually untrue. Most businesses have far more than they think — it is in a camera roll, a WhatsApp thread, or years of posts. Part of the job is finding it.
Are there monthly fees?
No. Flat fee, then it is yours. Hosting is on a free tier that stays free at your traffic. The only recurring cost is the domain, roughly HKD 100–300 a year, paid by you to the registrar and not to me.
I already have Facebook and Instagram. Isn’t that enough?
Sometimes it genuinely is, and I will say so. The question worth asking is whether customers keep messaging you things your posts already answered. If they do, that is the gap.
What if I want someone else to change it later?
Every file is handed over when the job is done, and the domain is in your name from the start. Nothing is locked to me. That is deliberate — being hard to leave is not how I would like to keep clients.
